Cancellation

If you close the payment page or leave it halfway, no money is deducted. Once a payment is complete it cannot be cancelled, because it is a gift given of your own free will.

Refunds

A gift sent voluntarily is not refundable. But if money was deducted twice from your account by mistake, or a payment failed and the money was still deducted, email us within 7 days with the payment ID. After checking, the amount is returned to the same method used for the payment. Depending on your bank this usually takes 5 to 7 working days.
